Immaculately clean, friendly reception, great location, close to amenities

Can't fault anything about it

I liked everything Metro Motel has to offer. The service we received at the front desk was awesome, with a great welcome, and our paperwork ready. The room was clean. It also gives you the little things from shampoo, tissue, lotion, hand wash, shower gel to use, and its very helpful when you're in a rush. Another bonus I feel is the location of the bins, where you can easily see it. We had dinner at the Restaurant just near the Motel, closer to the swimming pool. We really enjoyed our dinner, where we were served with those yummy Ribs. Our children had steak, salad, chips and burger. After dinner, my family and I walked to Baskin Robbins to finish off our meal with a hearty ice-cream. The location of the Metro Motel is great, especially when you have a small family. Parking anywhere's great, so you don't hath to worry about parking on other people's space. It's hassle free also with their parking, as the Metro Motel don't hassle you with your car rego number. Like I was told, that's why they had their cameras installed. I found that reassuring, and made it easy for us, just to get there, check in, unpack and relax a little bit. It is helpful too when you're travelling from a far. All the takeaways are closer, and it's good to get out there and walk, instead of using the car. Nothing to complain about.

We had coffee & tea making facilities and a refrigerator at our disposal. The host upon arrival was helpful.

The room was clean and had a comfortable bed with fresh linen. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The motel is located close to key attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the city. Free wifi and air conditioning were also a nice touch.

The curtains were not adequately thick, allowing in too much light at night. The bathroom was small and difficult to maneuver in.

The hotel filled all our needs at a good price

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. The attention to detail is impressive, with clean and spacious rooms that have all the basic amenities you need. The staff are friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. The hotel's location is also a plus, with easy access to nearby eateries and shops.

All the staff were lovely and friendly and the room was very clean.

I had a comfortable and quiet stay with fresh towels and bed made every day. The location was perfect; the hotel is close to the hospital, shops, and bus stop across the road. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, were excellent, and there is under-cover parking available. Also, the staff were friendly and obliging, and the breakfast was delicious.

This hotel was a surprise find on my way to Bundaberg, and I'm so glad I stayed here. The staff, especially Greg, were friendly and engaging, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, tidy, and recently renovated with modern amenities. The location was excellent, with plenty of dining options within walking distance.

No major complaints, everything was just fine.

Older furniture - maybe re-upholster the seats to start with?

I recently had a stay at a motel and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! For the price, the hotel was excellent value for money. The location was perfect, with plenty of eateries within walking distance - just like the Malaysian restaurant at the back of the complex that I tried. The staff provided great service and were very accommodating. I particularly loved the comfortable bed in my room - it was the best night's sleep I've had in a while. Lastly, breakfast was included in my stay and it was delicious, with a good range of options.

All in all, my stay was great and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.
